How Narconon Sauna Minimizes Drug Cravings

Common sense would tell us that drugs and other man-made chemicals really do not belong in our bodies.  Most of us have experienced the fact that these chemicals dull our senses. And it continues to come to light that these chemicals contribute to—or cause—a wide range of illnesses.  The insidious nature of these drugs and other chemicals has far-reaching effects on a person’s physical and mental wellbeing.  For the substance abuser, these drugs and other man-made chemicals can be the make-break point in the person’s ability to get clean and sober, and remain so.

Drugs Stay in the Body

Breakthrough research discoveries in the late 70’s by humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard found that drug use left residual deposits of drugs in the user’s fatty tissues.  Additionally, he found that these drug residuals could continue to cause adverse reactions in the person, even years after the person quit using.

Mr. Hubbard’s original research involved LSD; later research extending his discoveries to other drugs and toxic chemical compounds.

The idea that drug and chemical residues stored for years in the body fat tissues and were capable of causing adverse effects upon the person, was revolutionary.

Research in following years validated Hubbard’s discoveries, as does the experience of thousands upon thousands of individuals who have experienced the benefits of ridding their bodies of drug residues and chemical toxins through the Narconon Sauna Program.

People who have completed the Narconon Program commonly express an increased mental clarity and renewed hope for their future.  Upon completion of the New-Life Detoxification Program, or Narconon Sauna, individuals find they are routinely able to live happier, healthier and more productive lives.

For the drug addict, the fact that drugs stay in the body is a source of untold misery in the form of drug cravings, frequently driving the former addict to relapse and revert to drug use despite having gone through drug rehab treatment once—or many times.

Without effectively ridding the body of the drug residuals which drive the drug cravings, an addict’s hope of ever achieving and maintaining long-term sobriety is severely diminished, and for some—impossible.

Narconon Sauna Diminishes Cravings

How the Narconon Sauna diminishes, or oftentimes resolves, drug cravings is very specific.

It is the purpose of the sauna program to assist in releasing and flushing out of the person’s body the accumulated toxic residues lodged in the tissues, while at the same time rebuilding the impaired cells and tissues.

The actions of the Narconon Sauna are carried-out on a stringently monitored program of:
·      daily exercise
·      good nutrition and specific nutritional supplements
·      time spent sweating daily in a moderate dry-heat sauna
·      a well-ordered personal schedule which ensures adequate rest and sleep

The collective actions of the Narconon Sauna accomplish a detoxification of the entire system, resulting in a renewed sense of physical and mental vigor.

How Does it Work

In basic terms, the individual who has taken drugs retains mental image pictures of the drug use and its effects, in addition to the physical factors caused by drug use.  These mental image pictures are mental copies of the person’s experiences, complete with physical sensations, sights, sounds smells, etc. that occurred while the person was under the influence of the drug.

The presence of drug residuals stored in the body can reactivate these mental pictures, particularly when the person is under physical or mental stress, causing the person to re-experience the drug use and its effects, along with the cravings to use the drug again.

The Narconon Sauna handles one side of this balance—the accumulated toxic drug residuals.  With those gone out of the body, the mental pictures are no longer being reactivated and no longer being reinforced by the presence of drug residuals.

The person no longer experiences the cross reaction between the drug residuals and the reactivated mental pictures, and is freed-up from the adverse effects.

Narconon Sauna Results

One addict, JW, who received the benefits of the Narconon Sauna and experienced its effects upon drug cravings shares this with the reader:

“I feel I have experienced the full benefits from the sauna program.  I no longer have confused thoughts that stem from cravings of drugs and manifestations from other chemicals.  I do believe that all of the residuals have run their course and that now I am finished.  Now that the drugs are out of me, I can focus on the problems in life that they created and the problems I couldn’t fix because of them.”
