What other Benefits Does Sauna Treatment Offer

According to a November 2005 Harvard Health Publication online article, a sauna’s dry heat has “profound effects on the body.”  In part, those include an increase in skin temperature, an increase in pulse rate which allows the heart to pump nearly double the amount of blood each minute, and causing the average person to pour out nearly a pint of sweat during a short time spent in the sauna.
