What better
way to describe the Narconon sauna program than to have students (also called
clients) of the program discuss and review the sauna treatment process. The

I’m feeling better and better in sauna.
For years, I’ve had terrible scaring on my arms and legs. I wouldn’t even wear shorts. After 12 days, they are much smoother and
fading considerably. I can actually wear
my shorts without embarrassment. This is
a big win for me, both physically and mentally.

Thanks to
Narconon’s sauna program, I feel great.
I can tell the drugs have been cleaned from my system. I have a clearer head and feel physically
better. My skin looks a lot better. My eyes are whiter and sharper. Now, my body

My sauna

I have been
sober one month today. It’s really
amazing to have come so far and to feel as good as I do in such a short amount
of time. My mind is clear and I am
looking forward to a fantastic future!

Best Thing
I have Done is Sauna
My sauna
program has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I feel better than I can ever remember or
ever thought I could. I am more alert,
more at peace with myself and I can sit in the “box” and deal with all kinds of
distractions and remain calm. I can
smell and taste better. I am extremely
happy and proud to be sober and clean, free of drugs and toxins in my

Best I have
Felt in a Long Time
I have
gotten incredible wins out of sauna.
Physically I feel amazing. It’s
the best I have ever felt in a long time.
I sleep throughout the night with no problems. I can wake up in the morning right on time.
My appearance is a whole lot better. My
skin is a lot softer and clearer. The
dark circles under my eyes are completely gone.
One thing I noticed was, and that was huge; the whites of my eyes are
extremely white. The “hazy” look is
completely gone. I am eating regularly
and my energy levels are amazing. I am
more alert during the day and I am aware of things going on around me. More
importantly, I am more aware with what is going on with my body and mind. I can mentally grasp things a lot better than
I ever could. I can retain a lot more
information than I could before sauna. I
am very excited that I am free of toxins, which gives me a very positive

I know my body is free of all toxins because I have stopped having any

The
Experience was Better Than I Thought it Could Be
I was
excited about getting in sauna, but this experience was better than I ever
thought it could possibly be. I feel
strong and healthy. I’m ready to conquer
the demons that got me here. My body
feels clean and pure. The toxins have

My Energy
Levels Went Up
During the
course of my sauna program, I came to in with no energy and not sure of what I
was doing. After my days in sauna I
have, for the first time, a clear mind.
I am free of toxins in my body.
My energy level is at a great level. I am truly ready to move forward to complete
the rest of my program. Sauna gave me a
healthier life, clear mind and life. I
